What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
• Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office leadership to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active (or eligible for) Iowa dental license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship is available.
