General Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations and team performance
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training
- Drive sales and monitor key performance metrics
- Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety, food handling standards, and brand standards
- Lead and coach management and team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior management experience required, preferably in food service
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Reliable and results-driven
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check
