SummaryÂ
The Hospital Liaison collaborates with the regional sales and operations teams to support key accounts and provide direct patient education. This role focuses on managing documentation processes, patient intake, and customer service while ensuring seamless operations.
Essential Functions
- Manage pending documentation and authorization, prioritizing cases for efficiency and satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison for key accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely service.
- Handle patient inquiries, assess supply needs, and facilitate orders.
- Coordinate with physicians and dietitians for required documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications and action plans.
- Monitor local product inventory and office supply needs.
- Assist with patient eligibility checks, intake processing, and CMN tracking.
- Conduct emergency deliveries or home visits as needed.
- Represent Sentido professionally in communications and educational events.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and nutrition software (Brightree experience a plus).
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Professional email and phone etiquette.
- Ability to educate patients and families on equipment use.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Combination of field and office work at 3300 Providence Dr, Suite B04, Anchorage, AK 99508.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Position Type & Travel
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with some on-call availability.
- Travel required within the territory.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
