Inthisrole,youwillmakeanimpactinthefollowingways:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Open and manage work orders, service requests, quotes, and repair plans
  • Coordinate service work by scheduling technicians and monitoring progress
  • Provide customers with timely updates on repair status, schedules, and warranty claims
  • Process warranty claims and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation within business systems
  • Collaborate with technicians, Service Supervisors, and Team Leads to support efficient service operations
  • Monitor key service metrics, including customer satisfaction and labor productivity

Responsibilities

Tobesuccessfulinthisroleyouwillneedthefollowing:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating service activities, scheduling work, and managing customer expectations
  • Ability to create and manage complex work orders, quotes, and repair plans
  • Working knowledge of warranty processes and claim administration
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate documentation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial acumen and the ability to explain service charges and repair recommendations
  • Experience using service management systems and electronic service tools preferred


 

Qualifications

1.            Coordinate service requests by working with customers and technicians to prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of service work. 

2.            Manage warranty claims and documentation, including verifying eligibility, submitting required paperwork, and tracking claim status through resolution. 

3.            Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on service schedules, work progress, and warranty-related inquiries.


Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 
Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.

CompensationandBenefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
