Residency: Graduates hired directly from a Surgical Technology Program without work experience will complete an onboarding process lasting at least 6 months.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Completion of a Surgical Technology program through the Commision on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) or Accreditation Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or graduated from a Surgical Technology Military Training program.
- Within 30 days of hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
