No fiberglass experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we'll train you.


What You'll Do

As a Fiberglass Technician, you'll be part of a team that manufactures and finishes fiberglass products from start to finish. Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Prepare molds for production
  • Apply fiberglass mat, resin, and other composite materials
  • Trim, sand, grind, and finish fiberglass products
  • Repair imperfections and perform touch-up work
  • Inspect products for quality before they move to the next production stage
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with teammates to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, construction, auto body, woodworking, painting, or fiberglass experience
  • Experience using hand or power tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
