No fiberglass experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we'll train you.
What You'll Do
As a Fiberglass Technician, you'll be part of a team that manufactures and finishes fiberglass products from start to finish. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Prepare molds for production
- Apply fiberglass mat, resin, and other composite materials
- Trim, sand, grind, and finish fiberglass products
- Repair imperfections and perform touch-up work
- Inspect products for quality before they move to the next production stage
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with teammates to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For

- Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, construction, auto body, woodworking, painting, or fiberglass experience
- Experience using hand or power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a teamÂ
