Mission Statement


 The mission of the Industrial Electrician is to support Perfecto’s operational excellence by delivering high-quality electrical systems and control panels that enable the success of our equipment and meet customer expectations. This role is accountable for executing builds with precision, adhering to safety and quality standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely, efficient project delivery. The Electrician / Panel Builder will contribute to a culture of craftsmanship, learning, and continuous improvement while modeling Perfecto’s Core Values: Customer Experience, Integrity, Learning, and Stewardship.

Role Specific Capabilities & Credentials


  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of control circuits, wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts. 
  • Wires panels and machines neatly, accurately, and per drawing specifications; double-checks work to avoid mistakes or safety risks. 
  • Diagnoses wiring issues, misprints, or unexpected electrical behaviors in a methodical, safety-conscious manner; contributes solutions that improve efficiency or quality. 
  • Builds and installs electrical systems that meet both internal standards and external customer expectations; avoids shortcuts and embraces high craftsmanship. 
  • Works well with assembly technicians, machinists, and project managers; supports a positive team dynamic and contributes to project success across departments. 
  • Communicates clearly with engineering, mechanical teams, and supervisors to resolve technical or schedule issues; asks questions when clarification is needed.
