You will be based in Anderson, SC. The shift will start at 6:00 am and end 2:30pm depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs. Your main tasks: Ability to relieve O and D level operators; Need to be familiar with small tools for repairing; Operation of a Screw Gun. Work from process drawings; Ability to achieve more specific tolerances and use independent judgement; Knowledge to recognize defects from other areas; Requires less supervision and self-motivation; Ability to operate brazing function with 99% accuracy. Qualifications: Must have no active disciplinary action in the past 6 months, must have 4.0 points or less attendance; Must have Brazer Certification current or willing to achieve in the first 30 days; Lock out/tag out training required; Must have Math Level 1 Skills and great record keeping skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate small tools. The employee is required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
