- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous experience in an office, administrative, filing, records management, healthcare, insurance, or claims environment is preferred. Experience handling confidential documents or health plan-related information is also a plus!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR CLAIMS REPRICING AND FILING SPECIALIST?
As a Claims Repricing and Filing Specialist, you will support the Claims Department through a variety of documentation and administrative responsibilities. You will organize, file, distribute, and maintain records while ensuring filing systems remain accurate and orderly. Throughout the day, you will communicate professionally with Claims Department team members and other internal departments as needed to support departmental processes. You will prepare appeal correspondence for mailing by stuffing envelopes, applying labels, and mailing appeal packets. You will complete routine tasks with minimal supervision, follow established procedures, maintain consistent work quality, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
