Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time. Option A: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Summer hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM). 

Requirements/Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As our new Floor Technician, you will be the muscle behind our high-quality clean! We are looking for a dedicated Janitorial Floor Care Specialist to operate commercial floor buffers, strip and wax tile, and maintain carpeted areas. Your daily work as a Floor Buffer ensures that our community enjoys a safe, spotless environment.

Physicality: Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
