How you’ll make an impact in this role
Â
- Collaborate with providers to offer clinical recommendations for patient medication therapies.Â
- Clinically review, assess, and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and the medication use process, including order verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and dispensing.Â
- Provide drug information and education to patients as needed.
- Maintain a high-reliability culture by critically evaluating medication processes for opportunities, keeping patient safety at the forefront of all decision-making.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
