Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician  Pay Range: $23.75 - $30.55/hour Location: Anderson SC Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results What You’ll Do: ✔ Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems ✔ Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus) ✔ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety ✔ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals ✔ Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals ✔ Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment Job Qualifications What We’re Looking For: ✅ High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting ✅ Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems ✅ Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills ✅ Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements: ✔ Frequent climbing, bending, and twisting ✔ Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally What We Offer – Total Rewards Package: ✅ ANNUAL BONUS for ALL team members ✅ ANNUAL Wage Increases to reward your dedication ✅ Competitive Pay Based on Experience ✅ $2.50/hour Shift Premium for 2nd shift ✅ 11 Paid Holidays + 3 Additional Paid Holiday Break Days ✅ Generous Paid Time Off (Vacation & Flex Time) ✅ Excellent Benefits Package: LOW-COST Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance & Disability Coverage 401(k) with Employer Match & Profit Sharing Accident, Hospital, & Critical Illness Coverage Options Why Join SMF?
