 Compensation & Benefits

• $26–$32 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services

• Treat a diverse caseload with emphasis on functional outcomes

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

• Educate patients on injury prevention, balance, and long-term wellness

• Help shape clinic workflows and patient experience

• Collaborate with leadership on clinic growth initiatives

• Mentor and collaborate with team members as the clinic expands

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina (or in final stages of licensure)

• Interest in vestibular, orthopedic, and balance therapy (experience a plus, not required)

• Self-driven clinician who values autonomy and accountability

• Strong communicator and team player

• Desire to help build a positive, high-performing clinic culture

• Interest in leadership and long-term professional growth
