The VIP Host role focuses on enhancing VIP guest profitability through strong professional relationships and exceptional service.
Responsibilities include actively engaging on the casino floor to attract new VIP clients and promoting club card usage.
Candidates are expected to possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire confidence in both guests and team members.
This position does not involve direct supervision of others.

Develop and increase VIP guest profitability by building strong professional relationships, actively work the casino floor to acquire new VIP business, encouraging club card utilization, and providing superior service and recognition. The VIP Host will constantly strive to exceed our guests’ expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service. Candidates should have sharply honed interpersonal skills; inspire confidence and exude authenticity with regard to both guest and team interactions.
