Lead the effective execution of all maintenance and assigned work/projects within the plant, including external properties, with a focus on optimizing all maintenance functions, including predictive preventive maintenance (PPM), spare parts, scheduling and performance. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR). Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles.
