At Magnolia Veterinary Hospital, we’ve proudly served the Anderson community since 1999, providing trusted primary and secondary veterinary care to pets and the families who love them. As a fully staffed extended-hours hospital, we are committed to compassionate, dependable care — when it matters most.


We are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) who is friendly, professional, and passionate about helping both pets and people. For the right candidate, this position offers the potential to transition into a full-time Veterinary Assistant role based on experience, performance, and eagerness to grow within our team.

About the Role
As a CSR, you are the first impression of our hospital. You will play a vital role in ensuring each client feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer multi-line phones and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Review invoices and process payments
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client communications
  • Provide excellent customer service during routine and urgent visits
  • Support the veterinary team as needed
