This Award is a testimony to the creative talent, knowledge and experienced Colleagues we have on our team.   Duties Include: Provide general maintenance and repair support across all locations, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, furniture assembly, grounds upkeep, and seasonal tasks such as snow and ice removal. Maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities by completing routine inspections, replacing batteries and filters, monitoring temperatures, cleaning common areas as needed, and documenting inspection reports. Communicate and collaborate effectively with Colleagues and external contractors while working independently or as part of a team; utilize phone and email to coordinate tasks and updates. Uphold WOW! Magic values by delivering positive, service‑focused interactions and meeting the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varied environments.     QualificationsEDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent ATTITUDE: Responsible, friendly, dependable, team player that is able to put the WOW!
