About Reframe Systems

Reframe Systems is on a mission to solve the housing and climate crises by building low-carbon, high-performance, and affordable homes for all. We are a “Modular 3.0” company, applying lessons from Amazon’s software-driven logistics to develop an entirely new, industrialized approach to construction. Our agile, low-CAPEX microfactories, software-driven manufacturing platform, and human-augmentation technology enable us to build beautiful homes with unrivaled speed, quality, and cost-efficiency.

With a recently closed Series A investment round and a 2026 production schedule that is already fully booked, we are scaling rapidly. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on our factory floor and ensure our teams hit throughput, quality, and safety goals.

The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a crew of builders and leading daily execution across our Andover microfactory. You will translate production plans into action, allocate labor across stations, and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

This is a role for someone who thrives on the factory floor, leads by example, and takes pride in developing teams. You will be the key link between builders and leadership—keeping work moving, escalating blockers, and instilling a culture of accountability and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day production activities across assigned areas (e.g., framing, panel assembly, finishes).

  • Execute the daily schedule, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are hit.

  • Provide hands-on leadership—stepping in to work alongside the crew when needed.

  • Coach and develop builders, giving feedback and driving accountability for quality and productivity.

  • Enforce strict safety and quality standards; conduct daily safety checks and inspections.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Factory Operations on labor planning, workflow adjustments, and problem-solving.

  • Identify issues on the floor and partner with engineering and process teams to drive improvements.

  • Track and report key floor metrics (attendance, productivity, rework, scrap).

  • Support onboarding and training of new builders, reinforcing Reframe’s culture and standards.

  • Ensure the factory is organized, stocked, and ready for efficient production.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of construction or manufacturing experience, ideally in residential, modular, or panelized building.

  • At least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role, managing crews on a shop floor or jobsite.

  • Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods.

  • Hands-on leader—able to both direct work and jump in as needed.

  • Excellent communicator who sets clear expectations and follows through.

  • Practical understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement a plus.

  • Technology-forward: comfortable using tablets and production apps.

  • High integrity, dependable, and mission-driven.
