Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) of Andover, MN is looking to hire a Quality Technician.

Quality Technician- Second Shift + Flexible Schedule

We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician to join our team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with precision parts and want a role where you can learn and grow, this is a great opportunity.

In this role, you'll inspect parts, verify quality standards, and work closely with manufacturing to ensure everything meets customer and company requirements. We provide training on our systems and processes. You just need to be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn.

Duties for a Quality Technician

What You'll Do:

• Inspect incoming and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. 
• Handle and examine precision machined components. 
• Conduct visual inspections (welds, plating, surface finishes).
• Document inspection results and support production teams.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality issues.  

Tools & skills you may use:

• CMM and other inspection equipment.
• Reading Engineering drawings and basic GD&T. 

If you have experience with some of these areas, that is great! If not, we are willing to train the right candidate. 

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision parts
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions in a production environment
• Comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
