Overview:
JCM Associates, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time year-round position in our Upper Marlboro, Maryland main office.

Our main office is in Upper Marlboro, MD - located just 20 minutes from DC. We provide wellness programs and an in-house gym as well as many social functions throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the company, greet and establish rapport with employees, clients, visitors, and all other guests entering and exiting the building.
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
- Answer all phone calls and accurately forward them to the correct individual.
- Send companywide emails for inter-office communication.
- Maintain inventory of the company's supplies, reordering as needed.
- Responsible for processing all outgoing mail and shipments.
- Distribute incoming mail and deliveries to employee mailboxes and offices as requested.
- Maintain several different data logs and filing of hard copies.
- Maintain corporate calendars with reminders for critical activities.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience.
- Must be punctual, reliable, professional, courteous, and assertive.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent time management skills and multitask with the ability to prioritize work.
- Demonstrate ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of DocuSign
- Knowledge of Bluebeam (construction based pdf application)
- Experience in event planning.
Pay Range: $18.00/hour - $22.00/hour.
