We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team. This position offers the opportunity to work with students in a collaborative, supportive educational environment, helping them develop the skills needed for academic success and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success

  • Deliver therapy in individual and group settings within the school environment

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and state guidelines

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

  • Implement strategies to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active or pending state OT license

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for working with children in a school setting

Preferred (but Not Required)

  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience

  • Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
