Full Stack Software Developer (TS/SCI) – Office of Naval Intelligence Support TENAX Technologies, LLC is seekingĀ Full Stack Software DevelopersĀ to support mission-critical Information Technology services for theĀ Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). These areĀ full-time, onsite positionsĀ requiring anĀ active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Selected candidates will design, develop, deploy, and sustain secure, scalable applications supporting national security missions within aĀ DevSecOps-driven environment. Position Overview The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for theĀ end-to-end development lifecycleĀ of enterprise applications, includingĀ front-end user interfaces, back-end services, database integration, and deployment pipelines. This role emphasizes secure coding practices, continuous integration and delivery, and alignment with DoD cybersecurity and operational requirements. Developers will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholders—to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintainĀ full stack applicationsĀ using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)
  • Build and enhanceĀ responsive front-end interfacesĀ and integrate with secure back-end services and APIs
  • Develop and manageĀ relational and non-relational databases, including schema design, optimization, and data integration
  • Implement and maintainĀ CI/CD pipelinesĀ within aĀ DevSecOps framework, supporting automated testing, security scanning, and deployment
  • Ensure applications comply withĀ DoD cybersecurity requirements, including secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation
  • Collaborate inĀ Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities
  • Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and mission data sources
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, API documentation, and deployment procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearanceĀ withĀ SCI eligibility
  • DoD IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g. Security+ CE, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree inĀ Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • MinimumĀ 3 years of experienceĀ in full stack software development
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following:
    • Back-end:Ā Java, Python
    • Front-end:Ā JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks)
    • Database:Ā SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Experience working within aĀ DevSecOps environment, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and sustainment
  • Familiarity withĀ secure coding practicesĀ and application security principles

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experienceĀ in full stack development
  • Experience withĀ modern JavaScript frameworksĀ (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Experience withĀ RESTful API design and microservices architectures
  • Familiarity withĀ containerization and orchestration toolsĀ (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience supportingĀ DoD or Intelligence Community environments, including RMF and system accreditation processes
  • Knowledge ofĀ cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or DoD cloud environments)
