What You’ll Do
You will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support, including:
Personal Care Services
- Â Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, oral hygieneÂ
- Â Mobility support including transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion exercisesÂ
- Â Toileting and incontinence care (bedpan, commode, urinal support)Â
- Â Meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistanceÂ
- Â Emotional support through companionship, conversation, and engagementÂ
- Â Safe use of assistive devices (walker, cane, crutches, etc.)Â
- Â Maintaining accurate and timely documentationÂ
- Â Following all agency policies, infection control, and safety proceduresÂ
Household Support
- Â Light housekeeping (cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen care)Â
- Â Client laundry onlyÂ
- Â Grocery shopping and basic errandsÂ
- Â Other supportive tasks as mutually agreed with client and agencyÂ

Requirements
- Â Passion for helping others and improving livesÂ
- Â High school diploma or GEDÂ
- Â Prior caregiver experience (home care or facility setting)Â
-  Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)Â
- Â CNA certification is a plusÂ
- Â CPR certificationÂ
- Â Negative TB test or chest X-rayÂ
- Â Must be 18 years or olderÂ
- Â Ability to meet physical demands of caregivingÂ
- Â Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is preferred, but willingness to be trained is absolutely welcome
