Highly Skilled Specialist within the Workover Rig Operations - Flowback job family. Contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Complexity & Problem Solving: Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Collaboration & Interaction: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader.

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience
  • 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers  
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems. 
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.
  • Consistently practice safe driving
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.
  • Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
  • Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead)
