The Role

You'll run our service department end to end. That means managing the team, owning the schedule, keeping customers happy, and actively looking for new business. You'll work closely with ownership, have real authority, and see the results of your decisions quickly — because in a company our size, good work shows up fast.

We're lean and intentional with how we spend. That's not a warning — it's actually what makes this role meaningful. You won't be spending your way to results. You'll be earning them.

You're the Right Fit If You...

• Have managed a service team in plumbing, HVAC, or a related trade and know how to keep things running without being asked twice
• Get energized by finding new customers, not just serving existing ones
• Know how to lead people without micromanaging them
• Can look at a budget and figure out how to win within it
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish (a real advantage in our market but not required)
• Want a seat at the table — not just a title
