● Job Title: Locum CRNA

● Employment Status: 1099

● Job Type: Locum / Contract

● Location: Northeastern Indiana

● Duration: December 21-27, Ongoing with full weeks in 2027

● Shifts: 7am-3pm

● Call: Required 3pm-7am, mix of OR and OB cases, with a 30 min response time

● Case Types: Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, General, ENT and OB (250 deliveries/year, no high risk OB, C-sections are done in the main OR)

● Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

● EMR: Epic

● Supervision Model: MDs onsite but little to no supervision

● Special Considerations: Must provide case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks, 8 hour guarantees only, large volume of general surgery, endo and ortho.

Job Summary: 
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Indiana

●  Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team

● ACLS, PALS and BLS required. ACLS must be American Heart Association. 

● ​Provider must be enrolled in Indiana Patient Compensation Fund (INPCF).
