In this highly visible leadership role, you support the direction of Food & Beverage operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You lead by example, motivating teams through a strong commitment to genuine hospitality, service excellence, and Five-Star standards.

You oversee daily outlet operations, including floor leadership, station assignments, opening and closing procedures, and operational reporting. Acting as a key liaison between front and back of house, you manage service flow, timing, and execution to ensure seamless guest experiences. You oversee beverage operations and inventory control while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the outlet.

You play an active role in team development through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalism. You ensure consistent adherence to safety, quality, attendance, and appearance standards.

Additionally, you support the financial performance of the outlet by driving revenue, managing labor efficiency, and controlling expenses. You build strong cross-departmental relationships, resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, and consistently uphold the organization’s vision, values, and service culture.

Responsibilities ​

  • Support the overall leadership and daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlet to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service consistency

  • Supervise floor operations, including service flow, staffing, opening and closing procedures, and operational standards

  • Act as a liaison between front and back of house teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely service execution

  • Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members while promoting accountability and teamwork

  • Monitor and support compliance with safety, sanitation, quality, attendance, and appearance standards

  • Assist with inventory management, cost control, and labor efficiency to support financial performance

  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Culinary / Hospitality Management 

  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operations, financial oversight, and service excellence

  • Valid Georgia driver’s license and ability to meet all role-related driving requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

  • Physical ability to perform in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working indoors and outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
