Key Responsibilities:

Analyze company financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
Evaluate the financial impact of operational initiatives (new stores, products, services)
Support financial reporting and planning for Executive Leadership and the Board.
Reconcile general ledger and point‑of‑sale data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.

Compensation:

Starting pay range:‏‏‎ ‎$54,300 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$68,000.‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS—or equivalent experience
Strong Excel or PowerBI skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Prior finance or data analytics experience preferred
