Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a passion for helping older adults stay active, confident, and engaged in daily life? Our Symbria Rehab Team in Ankeny, IA is looking for its next PRN employee-owner to join a supportive, collaborative senior-living environment.
Responsibilities
What Youâll Do
As a PRN COTA, youâll play an essential hands-on role in delivering meaningful care and helping residents achieve their personal goals. You will:
Carry out individualized OT treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Provide creative, functional interventions that support mobility, ADLs, and quality of life
Communicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomes
Document treatment notes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with a warm, interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insight
Step in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverage

Qualifications
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited COTA program
Valid Iowa COTA license
Flexibility for PRN scheduling needs
A heart for serving older adults
Experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care is greatâbut not required
