What You Will Do: 

 The Delivery Coordinator thoroughly explains the features of a customer’s new or pre-owned GM vehicle. Meeting Dealership Expectations regarding OnStar and GM Rewards enrollments, while providing a professional experience resulting in a “Customer for Life”

The Ideal Candidate Should: 

• Be highly motivated and goal-oriented

• Possess strong time management skills
• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally
• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them with their vehicles
• Have a valid and clean driving record
