About the Role
$3000 Hiring Bonus! As a Group Home Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a ChildServe Home, ensuring high‑quality care, staff leadership, and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role supports 24-hour operations and helps create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children and young adults with special health care needs.

M-F Business hours with rotating on call weekends and evenings

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee daily home operations, including on‑call duties, safety, supplies, budgeting, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, billing requirements, and implement improvements based on audits.
- Build positive, age‑appropriate interactions with children/young adults and lead care planning with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with therapists and other professionals to ensure care needs, equipment, and services are provided.
- Hire, train, coach, and support staff; oversee scheduling, manage overtime, and ensure high‑quality care through observations and retraining.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; meets QIDP qualifications.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Skilled in decision‑making, prioritization, and maintaining professionalism in changing environments.
- Must be willing/able to become an approved driver for ChildServe.
- Ability to follow policies and regulatory guidelines; proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software; maintains confidentiality and works effectively with diverse populations.
