As a Support Services Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating material from the Support Service Warehouse to stores and job locations. Includes Construction, Service and Special Project loads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confers with Managers and Supervisors of Service, Construction and Special Projects regarding scheduling and equipment orders. Keeps open communication with applicable supervisors, Contractors and Store Operations personnel prior to and throughout entire projects.
  • Receives and validates all required paperwork for various job projects are completed appropriately; writes up paperwork as needed for all jobs leaving the warehouse.
  • Maintains personal contact with Buyers to discuss availability of equipment. Corresponds with the Buyers and applicable supervisors to resolve any problems in shipping or availability.
  • Schedules and coordinates all deliveries and installation of equipment for all new store’s construction, existing store remodels, and other special projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally to make sound business decisions regarding issues that may arise with scheduling and equipment ordering.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with Construction Superintendents, Maintenance Supervisors, operations personnel, and various department managers to meet business needs.
  • Maintains spreadsheets and timelines on projects to help track project management and ensure proper completion.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting hiring range:‏‏ $26.25‏‏ -‏‏ $30.25.‏‏  Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted.
  • Logistics methods and procedures.
  • General mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficient computer skills and basic knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Maintains accurate logs.

Other requirements 

  • Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Sitting, standing, and typing are required.
