Job DetailsJob Location: Avfuel Corp - Ann Arbor, MI 48108Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GED EquivalentJob Shift: DayBilling Associate - Temporary Role Location: Ann Arbor, MI – Onsite corporate office environment Employment Type: Internship/Temporary, Full-Time 40 hrs Hours: Weekday Business Hours, 9am-6pm Duration: Approximately 3-6 Months - needed immediately Benefits: Not Applicable Department: Billing   Job Summary:  Avfuel Corporation provides the global aviation industry fuel and services through its network of branded dealers and international locations.   Avfuel is seeking a Billing/Customer Service Associate.     Duties/Responsibilities:  Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements  Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues  Meet strict daily deadlines while insuring accuracy and excellent customer experience  Communicate issues and concerns with manager and sales staff  Other special projects and duties as assigned  The hours for this position are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:  Strong communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional multi-tasking skills Ability to problem solve independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player Education and Experience: High School Diploma required Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience 1-2 years Accounting/billing/bookkeeping or comparable experience a plus 2 + years customer service experience Physical Requirements:  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.   Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
