What You’ll Do
As a Community Life Aide, you’ll play a key role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will:

  • Support the development of personalized community life plans that highlight each resident’s strengths, interests, and goals
  • Observe and document resident participation, mood, and engagement to help track progress
  • Encourage socialization, physical activity, personal interests, and lifelong learning
  • Help create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where residents feel valued and connected

What You’ll Need
