Dishwasher

We are looking for a highly motivated team player who wants experience with one of biggest and busiest restaurant groups in Ann Arbor. As a dishwasher, you’ll interact with nearly everyone on staff and will truly be the hub of our operation. To excel in this  role, you’ll have the ability to predict the needs of the restaurant and supply clean materials to the building.  No experience required, but preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean working environment

• Ensures cooks and servers have everything they need to maximize efficiency

• Proactive in collecting dishes and used cooking equipment

• Ability to ensure machines are functioning properly

• Completes standard processes according to established methods 

• Supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience

• Completes daily side work with efficiency and attention to detail  

• Brings a positive attitude every shift and treats everyone (clients and colleagues alike) with respect

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Must have the ability to stand for the bulk of your shift 

Must be reliable and consistent in attendance and performance

Must maintain a productive, team centered attitude
