What You'll Do:

Perform residential & light commercial plumbing service calls
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems
Lead apprentices & deliver outstanding customer service
Use ServiceTitan to track jobs & boost earnings
Enjoy ongoing training in safety, sales, and leadership

What We Need:

Journeyman plumber license in Michigan
3+ years of plumbing experience
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
Strong computer literacy
Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Mostly local (within 30 miles of Ann Arbor) with rare travel (negotiable). Option to dispatch from home.
