Built for Clinicians Who Want More Autonomy — and Meaningful Work with Children & Families
Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership — without the administrative burden of running their own practice.
We are seeking clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families and are motivated to build a caseload in this area.
You won’t be handed a guaranteed schedule — you will build one.
You won’t manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead — we handle that.
You’ll have the flexibility to design your schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and grow a child and family-focused caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and goals.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
• W2 employment — no 1099 tax or overhead burdenÂ
• Hybrid schedule flexibilityÂ
• Beautiful, fully furnished in-person clinic space (ideal for child & family work)Â
• Administrative, billing, and credentialing supportÂ
• Performance-based income growth potentialÂ
• Bonus opportunities tied to productivityÂ
• Signing incentives available for clinicians with an established client base or community presenceÂ
• Supervision for limited license cliniciansÂ
• Ongoing case consultation supportÂ
• Medical insurance benefits available for clinicians maintaining full-time caseloadsÂ
We provide the infrastructure. You bring the ownership.
Who Thrives Here
Clinicians who:
• Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and familiesÂ
• Engage caregivers and family systems in treatmentÂ
• Build and maintain recurring caseloadsÂ
• Re-book and retain clients consistentlyÂ
• Develop relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizationsÂ
• Value autonomy and performance-based growthÂ
If you prefer a guaranteed caseload with minimal accountability, this may not be the right fit.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and familiesÂ
• Engage parents/caregivers to support outcomesÂ
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planningÂ
• Maintain consistent recurring client schedulesÂ
• Coordinate care with schools, pediatric providers, and supportsÂ
• Participate in team collaboration and case consultationÂ
• Build professional visibility and community relationshipsÂ
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related fieldÂ
• Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license trackÂ
• Experience or strong interest in child, adolescent, and family therapyÂ
• Strong documentation and communication skillsÂ
• Comfort with hybrid workÂ
• Existing caseload or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible)Â
Compensation & Professional Support
• Competitive compensation structureÂ
• Bonus opportunities tied to performanceÂ
• Flexible scheduleÂ
• Hybrid work modelÂ
• Supervision for limited license cliniciansÂ
• Case consultation supportÂ
• W2 stability without private practice overheadÂ
Why Join Ellie?
We are building clinics rooted in ownership, accountability, and access to care — not a therapy mill or corporate agency environment.
If you want autonomy, income growth, and the opportunity to do meaningful work with children and families, we’d love to connect.
