Summary: Growing, family-owned, property management company looking for a motivated, self-starting Maintenance Coordinator to work with our Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work responsibly without direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails.
Create Work Orders.
Invoice for Maintenance Services
Potential for training in all areas of property maintenance.

Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Schedule/Compensation
Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00
