Psychotherapist  (Psychologist, LPC, LMSW LMFT, LP, or LLP)

Compensation:  $70,000-$106,000 annualized for full-time ; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time or Full-Time Employee, Exempt
Schedule: Create your own schedule
Location: This is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor, MI (3 days on site required)


Role Summary

The Licensed Psychotherapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to adults. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.


Licensed Psychotherapist Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR , ACT)
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week
  • Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 20 clients per week
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

Requirements

Licensed Psychotherapist Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, or LLP in Michigan
  • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field or Psychology doctoral degree
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18+
  • Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience working independently within a team
