Job Summary

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring all systems are working properly and efficiently is critical to the success of our overall operations
Ensure point of sale and other supporting systems are ready for each event
Install, move or replace hardware as needed
Assist in the implementation of system installations, upgrades, and maintenance
Document all technical issues with troubleshooting steps and status or resolution
Other tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting technology systems
Working knowledge of networking including firewalls, switching, and wireless technology
Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus
Ability to work long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
