What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure our facilities remain safe, efficient, and well‑maintained:

Critical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; recommend repair timelines and costs.
  • Install or repair HVAC equipment and thermostatic controls.
  • Replace worn or damaged HVAC components and high/low-pressure liquid lines.

Important Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
  • Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records per City, State, and EPA regulations.

Standard Responsibilities

  • Inspect and repair ductwork.
  • Assist with general facility services as needed.
  • Maintain internal electrical/electronic control systems; clean coils and blowers.
  • Inspect refrigeration units, refrigerators, and ice machines.
  • Ensure efficient operation of all air-conditioning systems.
