Wells Brothers Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Concrete Field Technicians to join our growing team. To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, team orientated, punctual, have a high level of integrity, and have the ability and willingness to teach and learn.

Essential Duties

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Maintain a low Safety Incident Occurrence History
Assist in building and positioning forms and pouring concrete
Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications
Grade dirt and concrete efficiently and accurately
Mix concrete and mortar
Clean constructions site to eliminate possible hazards
Install and tire rebar and wire mesh
Operation of power tools of all types
Load and unload truck

Experience and Requirements

3 years of experience
Possess a thorough understanding of industrial trades
Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs on occasion, stand, bend, stoop, squat, reach and sit for long periods of time
Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces
Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to adapt to changing schedule and easily and positively adjust to changing priorities and department processes.
Ability to simultaneously handle the demands of internal and external customers
Knowledge/Experience of other skilled trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Welding) Preferred
