Wells Brothers Inc. is a family-owned industrial contractor serving customers since 1989. We are seeking an Industrial Plumbing Field Technician to join our team in a hands on, field based role.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair industrial plumbing and mechanical systems
Work on piping systems including steel, stainless steel, PVC, and process piping
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and isometric drawings
Troubleshoot mechanical and plumbing issues in industrial environments
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
Follow all safety procedures including lockout tagout and confined space

Qualifications

Industrial plumbing or mechanical field experience preferred
Ability to work on job sites in manufacturing and industrial facilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
