Job Description:
Cross River Design Inc is seeking a skilled landscape architect/garden designer, for a dynamic full time or part time position. The ideal candidate has a proven history of delivering successful high end residential landscape projects with expertise in both hardscape and softscape detailing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of landscape design and project management experience
- Strong client-facing skills with a successful track record managing projects and clients
- Deep understanding of landscape construction with hands on construction experience
- Thorough knowledge of plant materials suitable for NJ and eastern PA
- Proficiency in grading and drainage practices
- Ability to assess and implement local building codes and ordinances during design
- Ability to confidently meet with clients, present design concepts, and communicate costs and project details
