Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNO Developer specializing in Network Devices to join our team, supporting the design, development, and enhancement of both new and existing cyber capabilities. This role focuses on Computer Network Operations (CNO) development and requires deep expertise in low-level software development, reverse engineering, and network protocols.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing in C, working with network device appliances such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and operating within Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) environments. Candidates must also possess experience in cybersecurity-focused development, particularly within CNO-related disciplines.
Desired Skills:
• Design, develop, and maintain CNO capabilities for network devices.
• Perform low-level software development in C to support operational cyber capabilities.
• Conduct reverse engineering of network device firmware and software to support capability development.
• Develop and integrate tools and capabilities within Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) environments.
• Analyze and manipulate network protocols and device communications to support mission objectives.
• Support the development and enhancement of existing cyber capabilities while contributing to new capability design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet operational and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance, reliability, and mission effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
