Your Mission


As a Scrum Master III, you will lead agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions through collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You’ll drive sprint execution, coach the team in agile practices, and ensure alignment between the product vision and development outcomes.

You Will Excel In This Role If You Are:
  • A proactive facilitator who removes roadblocks and fosters team accountability
  • Skilled in agile methodologies and passionate about continuous improvement
  • Effective at balancing technical understanding with business priorities
  • A clear communicator who promotes visibility and collaboration across teams


A Day In The Life Consists Of:
  • Leading scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Working with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog and ensure alignment with goals
  • Tracking and reporting team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown rates
  • Coaching the team to follow agile principles and established development processes
  • Promoting transparency through clear communication and stakeholder updates
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality


Must Haves:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • 7+ years of experience in agile software development or related technical leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience managing agile software development efforts
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Nice To Haves:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
  • Experience leading distributed or cross-functional development teams
  • Knowledge of service-oriented environments and agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex requirements and drive team consensus
