Job Description: Lube Technician
Pay Range: $32-$36 an hour
Responsibilities
- Required to operate and inspect equipment and vehicles to check fluid levels, greasing and preventative maintenance services
- Safety First – Must be responsible for your own safety and follow all company guidelines and procedures
- Perform all preventative maintenance services per maintenance manual in a safe and timely manner
- Obtain all required fluid/oil samples and submit all fluid/oil samples to the Lab electronically
- Record all preventative maintenance services on the daily timecard
- Communicate any equipment maintenance issues to your supervisor in a timely manner
- Maintain the company lube truck and operate it in a safe manner
- Must come to work on time and ready to work daily
Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated
- Able to climb in, on and around equipment, be flexible in awkward positions
- Possess the ability to read and understand equipment maintenance manuals
- Must be responsible, reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions
- Need to have excellent communication skills, good work ethics and a positive attitude
- Must be able to work any shift and weekends as equipment is available for service
Experience/Skills
- Technical experience preferred, training available
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment a plus
- Class A CDL a must
- Basic computer knowledge
