At Ginger Cove, you’ll play a key role in overseeing dining operations within our Health Center and Assisted Living neighborhoods—helping ensure residents receive high-quality meals, excellent service, and personalized dietary support in a collaborative, resident-focused environment. As our Clinical Culinary Supervisor, you will work closely with the Clinical Nutrition Manager to oversee daily culinary operations, support dietary compliance, and lead frontline team members across regulated dining areas. This role combines leadership, hospitality, and healthcare dining expertise to ensure resident satisfaction and operational excellence throughout Culinary Services.  What You’ll Do Supervise daily meal service in the Health Center and Assisted Living areas Lead, train, and support Culinary Services team members Assist with scheduling Dietary Aides and regulated dining staff Ensure resident diet modifications and special meal requirements are followed accurately Manage tray ticket software to maintain nutritional compliance Oversee nourishment preparation and meal distribution Maintain sanitation, safety, and organization standards throughout dining and kitchen areas Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation Maintain accurate resident dining records and documentation Support day-to-day success of regulated dining operations Step in as a Cook or Dietary Aide when operational needs arise Communicate effectively with leadership, residents, and team members Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations  Why Join Ginger Cove Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to lead and grow within Culinary Services Beautiful waterfront campus in Annapolis Strong reputation for quality resident care and hospitality Annual bonus opportunity Referral bonus program Employee recognition incentives Scholarship program Generous retirement plan with employer match QualificationsJob Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare, senior services, restaurant, or food-related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience working with elderly individuals. SERVSafe certification required. Certified Dietary Manager preferred or able to complete certification within 12 months Excellent customer service skills. Must have a valid federal ID.
