We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dining Room Supervisor to help lead our Culinary Services team. The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our dining rooms while ensuring exceptional hospitality and service for residents and guests. This role leads, coaches, and supports dining staff, maintains high service standards, and partners closely with culinary leadership to deliver an outstanding dining experience.  What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and motivate dining room team members to deliver exceptional resident service. Supervise daily dining room, bar, and take-out operations. Ensure outstanding resident satisfaction through professional, friendly service. Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and mentoring dining staff. Support performance management by providing coaching and feedback. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout dining areas. Ensure food is served accurately, attractively, and in a timely manner. Assist with special events, banquets, and resident functions. Maintain inventory, complete required paperwork, and assist with operational reporting. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, healthcare, senior services, or food-related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience working with elderly individuals. ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire. Excellent customer service skills.
