This is an opportunity to lead projects that matter—within a collaborative, well-supported environment.   As our Capital Project Manager, you will oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and long-term capital projects across our premier life-care retirement community. Apply today and join the Ginger Cove Team! QualificationsJob Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, facilities, construction, or capital projects required. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or CCRC environments preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking of projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. OSHA 10-hour certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
